"I had a very expensive earring to fall off unknowingly. I was able to retrieve it with my husband’s keen eye but unfortunately it was run over by a car. I went to one jeweler in Warrenton who would not begin to touch it and suggested I send it back to the designer, then a friend recommended Tess. I took it to her and not only did she think she could fix it but within a couple of weeks. I received a call to pick it up within that timeframe! When I picked it up I couldn’t believe my eyes I could not tell the two earrings apart. To top it off Tess and her staff are super friendly and the repair was so reasonable. Tess's business is about 40 miles from where I live, but I won’t hesitate to take my business there as well as shop all her beautiful pieces!!"
